They are associated with higher cholesterol and higher blood pressure, both of which decrease your cardiovascular health and make you more likely to suffer from heart disease or strokes.

White Rice


Crucially, white rice is just like white bread; it can encourage your body to store excess fat that it doesn’t need and make it harder to lose weight. In addition, it has little nutritional value. Brown rice is full of fiber, vitamins, and nutrients.


Junk Food


When junk food is consumed very often, the excess fat, empty – Calories found in junk food contributes to an increased risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and many other chronic health conditions.It can cause memory and learning problems, Lessens its ability to control appetite.
